Measuring about 29 feet 6 inches by 18 feet, exclusive of recesses, with Stained Glass Top Light having Polished Oak Parquet Floor, Open Tiled Fire-place with Ornamental Iron back, Marble Curb, Richly Carved Mahogany Mantel-piece and Overmantel, Mahogany Panelled Dado with fitted Lounge Settees on raised dais, and Panelled Ceiling. A large Cigar Cupboard, finely fitted with Pencil Cedar, is a special feature of this room.

Adjoining is LAVATORY, with Tiled Walls, Mosaic Floor, and Two Lavatory Basins
with Hot and Cold Water supplies; also W.C. with Tiled Dado and Mosaic Floor.

Approached both from the Billiard Room and the Garden Terrace is the

 

Beautiful Palm House,

Having a Lofty Arched Roof and being some 75 feet in length, Heated by Hot Water,
and Paved with Mosaic; at one end is a Gentleman's W.C. with Two Fitted Lavatory basins.

 

 

On the West Front of the Mansion is a Broad Raised Terrace, with marble mosaic paving,
leading on to the Lawn by Two Wide Flights of Steps.
